QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Egis Tünel İşletmeciliği ( ETİ ) currrently has a vacancy for the following specialist role of                                    

                                                             HR & Payroll Specialist

  

OUR ORGANIZATION

 

ETI has been established in 2012 and has been awarded for the Operation and Maintenance of a big tunnel operation in İstanbul.

ETI is one of the full subsidiaries of Egis Road Operations which is one of the major businesses under Egis Group and Egis Group is a major international conglomerate having various enterprises under the main sectors of Transport, Aviation, Environment, City Management, Mobility Services with its HQ in Paris, France.

 

ETI is an organization where we see our people as our most valuable asset. 


Provides general supports about daily HR issues to ETI teams. Operate recruitment, payroll, personnel affairs according to the HR policies and procedures. Duties will include but will not be limited only to the following:


JOB

  • Operating all recruitment process with HR & QHSE Manager,
  • Operating job description process and ensuring all job descriptions are regularly updated
  • Operating the preparation and announcement of new organization charts
  • Updating HR databases regularly and preparing monthly reports end of every month
  • Ensuring that all legal personnel documents are totally completed and are filed properly
  • Developing HR systems and modules according to the requirements
  • Operating start-exit and status change process of employee
  • Creating and revising HR related documents
  • Following and controlling payroll process
  • Finalizing all legal notice within the personnel affairs
  • Comply with all necessary regulations and rules in the line of job
  • Tracking all employee leaves and ensuring that the leaves are used in accordance with the legal regulation and company procedure
  • To publish all the reports required by the position within the specified periods,
  • Operating the jobs according to HR department targets and supporting all process when required
  • Following the relevance and documentation of the process about the annual interviews (managers/staff of ETI)
  • To comply with the relevant procedures, directives and other legal requirements of all certificated management systems
  • Acts as a substitute for HR & Training Officer when necessary.
  • Comply with HSE rules and procedures, code of ethic rules and HR policies of the Company.


INDIVIDUAL


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of universitie
  • Min 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Having knowledge of SGK Legislation
  • Analytical mindset and proactive approach
  • Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Ability to work with confidentially with sensitive data
  • Multitask oriented and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
