• Bachelor’s degree in related field of universities
• Min 3 years of experience in similar industries
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach
• Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Multi task oriented and problem solving abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Operating all recruitment process with HR&QHSE Manager
• Operating job description process and ensuring all job descriptions are regularly updated
• Operating the preparation and announcement of new organization charts
• Updating HR and training databases regularly and preparing monthly reports end of every month
• To support HR&QHSE Manager updating training database and monthly reportings
• Ensuring that all legal personnel documents are totally completed and are filed properly
• Developing HR systems and modules according to the requirements
• Operating start-exit and status change process of employee
• Operating purchasing process for job requirements
• Operating the jobs according to HR&QHSE department targets and supporting all process when required
• Following the relevance and documentation of the process about the annual interviews (managers/staff of ETI) and objectives-training-personal development
• To comply with the relevant procedures, directives and other legal requirements of all certificated management systems
• Acts as a substitute for HR & Payroll Officer when necessary.
• Comply with HSE rules and procedures, code of ethic rules and HR policies of the Company.
