• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role including 2 years line management experience
• Broad working knowledge of key retail solutions domains & layers incl.: application software & web technologies; reporting & analytics retail solutions tooling; database / data warehouse technologies & data interfacing; application hosting, server & other infrastructure technologies; end-user technology;
• Experience in information / application management, service management and project management
• Experience in team management and governance for an organization unit
• Experience in development of processes / SOP’s, policies and associated documents
• Experience in team-oriented, cross-functional, global, virtual collaborative environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• In-depth knowledge of IT industry
• Experience in applying IT best practice methodologies: ITIL (v3), PMI and Agile

Job Description:

• Assist Business Units teams articulate and prepare Integrated Business Strategic Objectives and Deliverable plans.
• Work with Digitalization partners to launch projects and oversee delivery by acting a single point of escalation for Business Units.
• Oversee all aspects of the design and deployment of commercial information systems
• Ensuring the appropriate decisions are made to implement IT strategy
• Manage the provision of secure and stable IT services to support business outcomes through effective risk management strategies
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for business-led innovation and development to deliver IT solutions that meet internal and external customer needs
• Create and maintain highly professional, customer oriented, innovative and future-focused IT capability within the company
• Establishes and maintains a strategic relationship and strong communication with leadership team and key user groups about Retail solutions services, SLA’s and service road maps
• Drives alignment of retail solutions service roadmaps and business needs, plans and priorities
• Provides leadership oversight and progress updates of retail solutions portfolio of demand, projects, escalations, improvement actions and other relevant developments
