• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree,
• Business Administration graduate or student will have an advantage,
• Has worked as a manager at different levels for at least 5 years in call center sector,
• Having superior leadership, project management, strategic management and operations management skills,
• Good knowledge of call center technologies and processes,
• Having advanced numerical skills and analytical abilities,
• Flexibility for teamwork operations, working in crowded environments and under stress,
• Able to manage corporate customer relations and business development,
• Focused in given mission, result, change, development and total quality,
• Expert in MS Office Programs,
• Advance level of English and preferably a second foreign language will be an asset,
• No military obligations for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Operation and Customer Experience Manager who will manage the projects affiliated to her/him in accordance with the strategies of EkoCCS and the contracts made with the corporate customer and will be responsible for the coordination of the operation.
