We are looking for new colleagues as “R&D Project Specialist/Expert” in İstanbul /Anatolian Side accordance with the following criteria for our company:

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field,
• 3+ years of experience in  Research & Innovation programs funded by Tubitak and Horizon 2020 Resarch Program in order to achieve R&D Center activity effectiveness,
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, software projects as a project specialist, analyst or software developer,
• Excellent English proficiency in terms of writing and speaking,
• Preferably taken training about project management /PMP, agile project management/PSM,
• Open to self-improvement about Intellectual property rights,
• Experienced at university-industry cooperation and improving national-international funding programme projects,
• Solution-oriented, can take the initiative, responsible,
• Strong analytical, leadership, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills,
• Excellent communication, mentoring and motivating skills,
• Ability to multitask and capable of managing multiple priorities,
• Ability to reporting and presenting,
• Military service should be completed for male candidates,
• No restriction for travelling abroad.

Job Descriptions:

• Take active roles about executing the R&D projects according to the manner determined by management methodologies,
• Run and reports the projects which are under R&D Center scope,
• Evaluate and report the project deliverables according to Intellectual property rights,
• Manage the project with Agile Scrum methodology and through its best practices like the sprint ceremonies, daily monitoring / reviewing and building tangible deliverables in each sprint,
• Extract all sprint content using project management and collaboration tools (JIRA) and monitor the progress throughout the sprints,
• Keep track of Project metrics and team KPI and report in Developer and Management directions regularly,
• Bring proposals for new methodologies and will support the process of design and software,
• Provide coordination among team, perform regular monitoring and reporting the results to the situation by creating reports,
• Coordinate the projects with work in cooperation.
