We are looking for “Fraud Prevention and Investigation Specialist” with the following qualifications to join Global Internal Audit Team of Ekol Logistics.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Management, Economics, Engineering or Law Department from Reputable Universities,
• 2+ years proven experience in forensic services and investigation teams in reputable companies. (experience in big four audit companies and private sector is an asset)

Technical Competencies

• Excellent written business abilities, including the ability to write responses that are grammatically precise, concise, and accurate,
• Experience and/or familiarity with information security and IT forensic/data analytics is a plus,
• Having quot;CFE quot; certificate is a plus,

• Strong communication skills,
• Superior time management skills and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment,
• Ability to convey complicated topics to both internal and external partners in a clear and concise manner,
• Maintains high levels of confidentiality and data security standards,
• Willingness to travel domestically and abroad,
• Advanced English.

Job Definition

• Reporting to Fraud Prevention and Investigation Department Leader,
• Investigates all types of notifications and suspicious activities and behaviors that could pose a risk to Ekol Logistics in Turkey and abroad,
• Recognizes fraud tendencies, identifies new trends, and takes steps to reduce fraud risks,
• Knowledge of the investigative landscape and corresponding local and/or international regulations,
• Follows established processes and procedures to conduct complicated inquiry analysis and make data-driven judgments,
• Conducts well-prepared fraud risk analyses in order to maintain a company's effective and efficient internal control environment,
• Makes process improvement recommendations that have a financial impact on the company's processes,
• Contributes to the processes, risk, and control universe,
• Researches and contributes to the adoption of best practices in relevant sectors, processes, and sub-processes,
• Supports reporting process to Ekol Logistics Ethics Committee,
• Supports management of Ekol Logistics Ethics Hotline.
