We are looking for a new colleague as “Solution Sales Expert”  accordance with the following criteria for our company: 

Job Description:

  • Grow the large-scale customer portfolio by acquiring new customers in the fields of warehousing, domestic distribution and logistics services.

  • Carry out the opportunity identification, proposal and tender management, and contracting phases in the sale of new projects.

  • Determine the storage, domestic distribution and logistics needs of large-scale customers, and increase sales by providing services that meet customer needs.

  • Conduct sales management by ensuring customer visits, opportunity management, proposal and tender management, understanding customer needs, developing solutions and management of sales processes are carried out.

  • Support account managers in post-contracting project implementation and operation processes.

  • Build sales strategies for large-scale customers and work for Ekol Logistics to be the preferred company for this customer group.

  • Follow the technological trends and developments in the field of warehousing, international transportation, domestic distribution and logistics and implement them to the sales plans.

  • Develop solutions that will meet the business needs of the customer in the profitable way by following the trends in the sector.

  • Work with Operation and Engineering teams to analyze and technical requirements and develop customer solutions.

  • In case the customer needs can be met by group companies, contribute to the conversion of opportunities by providing the relevant coordination. 

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields, 

  • Minimum 5 years of sector experience,

  • Able to deeply build an understanding of Large-Scale customers’ strategic intent of  and current position, thereafter identifying opportunities,

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken,

  • Strong FMCG & Retail - Lifestyle vertical know how,

  • Build strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally,

  • Strong business judgement, proven ability to influence others,

  • Self-motivated, result driven and can be counted on to exceed goals successfully,

  • Strong communication skills and highly developed persuasiveness,  

  • Able to undertake challenges and take the initiative,

  • Analytical, strong planning, presentation and organizational skills,

  • No military obligation for male candidates.
