Senior Human Resources Business Partner

·University degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations,

·Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 years of generalist / business partnership experience,

·To dominate automotive / production sectoral and have a IATF 16949 certificate,

·Advanced level of knowledge of labor legislation,

·Excellent written and verbal communication of English,

· Have a good knowledge of SAP,

·Having actually carried out all Human Resources processes, Payroll, Recruitment, Wage and Performance Management, Training and Career Planning,

· Knowledge of lean production technicals,

· Have problem solving and organizational skills,

· Have analyzing, reporting and presentation experience,

· Experienced in organization and resource management,

· Responsible, high communication, result oriented, analytical able-minded,

· Proactive self starter and able to work alone with minimal supervison,

· Able to deal with high volume with a mix of operational and strategic deliverables,

· Experience in driving organizational and cultural changes in a complex environment,

· Must have completed military service for men candidates,

· Location: Istanbul (Asia), Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova, İzmit)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Manage communication and employee engagement activities,

· Ability to carry out the accrual and payroll transactions of the personnel in accordance with the provisions of the labor law and other relevant laws, regulations, regulations and related procedures,

· Ensuring that personnel-related information is up-to-date in SAP,

· To make ready the integration / reconciliation of accounting and payroll,

· Coordinating to work on the development of the company's organizational structure,

· Identifying training needs and researching methods, determination of the method to be applied and also to ensure that the necessary actions are taken to determine the training needs periodically,

· To follow-up the results of the training activities implemented also to coordinate, evaluating survey and analize study,

· For carry out manpower planning studies; appropriate options and placement, training and development, orientation, performance and career management, wage management systems establishment, implementation and development,

· Having knowledge HR reporting systems and KPI’s (turnover,absenteeism, training hours etc.)

· Having knowledge of the activities of the industrial relations process and the collective agreement process,

· Planning and organizing social responsibility activities,

· To generate and following up the internal communication procedure in company.
