QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good command both writing and speaking English
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• No obstacle for travelling
• A valid current driving license is essential

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage our training, license and project sales and proposal processes.
• Execute training organizations, whole process management of trainings by performing all communication with training providers.
• Carry out sales activities to increase training, license and project sales. Responsible from sales forecast planning and tracking.
• Manage all marketing activities
  • Analysis of the market and competitors within the sales and marketing data and trends
  • Carrying out the launch of new products /services.
  • Carrying out the content production and management process of the company's digital assets, primarily the website, social media channels and e-mail marketing together with 3rd parties
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis and monitoring the process to develop improvement methods.
  • Coordination of the development of marketing and promotional materials; posters, brochures,blogs, webinars.
• Plan and execute trips for client meetings with existing and new clients.
