QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With more than half a century of experience in the field of automotive electronics, Electricfil has pursued its international development through a combination of dynamic policies and winning technological options.
You would like to work with the largest players in the automotive world. You are not afraid of their demanding requirements because you are keen on challenge. 
 
  • University graduated preferably in business administration, economics ,management, management control,
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Financial controller in a production environment,
  • General and cost accounting knowledge,
  • Good understanding of IFRS reporting, strong experience in cost controlling, financial controlling,
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, ERP knowledge is an asset,
  • Good level of English both verbal & written, French would be a plus,
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment and be able to autonomous,
  • Result oriented personality with planning, reporting and analytical skills,
  • Team management experience is preferred,
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

Financial controller’s main areas of responsibility will be;
I. Forecast elements: Budget and 5-year plan
  • Supervision and animation of the budget process and the medium-term plan of Turkey (Profit and loss account), in liaison with the operational managers.
  • Standardization of EUFI methods in line with the Group standard
  • Ensures the maintenance of deadlines and the reliability of data
  • Check the coherence and credibility of the working hypotheses made and the information provided,
II. Results analysis :
  • Is responsible for the monthly analysis of EUFI results in a timely manner, through dashboards and performance monitoring elements.
  • Validates the relevance and consistency of the information provided.
  • Establishes the monthly analysis of EUFI results on each of the performance axes: sales, purchases, MOD productivity, fixed costs.
III. Maintenance and updating of management control data.
  • Guarantor for EUFI of the update of all the data necessary for management control: Hourly rates, cost price, industrial performance elements (scrap rate, standard deviations ...).
  • In this capacity, he coordinates the work of updating these elements in the maintenance of deadlines and ensures the execution of these. He validates them before they go into production.
IV. Forecast and current profitability of products
  • Determines the profitability of serial products, by technology and by Strategic Business Area
  • Carries out specific studies necessary for the management of the company 
V. Management Control Tools
  • Ensures the proper use of management control tools on all processes.
VI. Various
  • As part of its mission, the head of the Management Control Turkey may be required to take on other tasks related to new needs at Group level (ERP Projects ...)
