Electricfil Unifil Otomotiv is searching for Plastic Injection Engineer to be employed in İstanbul - Dudullu plant:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Material Engineer or Mechanical Engineering, 
• Fluent English knowledge is a must, French knowledge is an asset,
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar field,
• Knowledge of CAD and MS Office programs,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• No restrict for travel,
• No military obligation for male candidates. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Plastic Injection Specialist, the key responsibilities will include;

• Preparation of necessary technical specifications for injection presses and special equipment,
• Managing the procurement processes related to equipment’s (equipment installation etc.),
• Report the studies in accordance with the equipment validation plan and report (PVER),
• Organizing and reporting the implementation, approval processes by performing the process settings of New Project and Mass Production injection molds,
• Development and validation of necessary improvements in plastic injection processes in line with the project objectives,
• Develop and/or update tooling, injection machine and peripherals specifications,
• Develop and/or rollout and ensure adherence to internal plastics process golden rules,
• Lead process FMEA and quality tools related to plastics process,
• Carry out project studies in coordination with the process and mold teams in the foreign project team,
• Manage tooling suppliers for new injection mold tooling/press/peripherals, including adherence to project plans deliverables.
