QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Electrolux Professional Turkey AP specialist will have responsibility to control and process account payable transactions, suppliers master file, payment flows, capex entries, e-invoice approval process follow-up, local and group payable reconciliations in compliance with group policies and local requirements.  

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform all the administrative tasks related to Procure to Pay

• Perform all the administrative tasks related to payable account general ledger transactions (booking purchase and service invoices and related payment transactions, preparing weekly payment lists, booking capex transactions and creating capex master cards)

• Perform bank transactions and monitor cash out flows

• Following e-invoice approval process and redirecting e-invoices to related departments

• Perform all the administrative tasks related to intercompany balance reconciliation and 3rd party reconciliation, preparing monthly BA agreement forms

• Perform all customs and VAT declarations related to procure to pay, treasury flows in coordination with group functions

• Assist with monthly and yearly closings, account analysis working closely to Business Controller and Finance Manager  

Competencies needed :

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance

• Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP

• Good IT operational knowledge (JDE and MS office packages)

• Highly analytical and have a strong level of attention to detail

• A strong team player with a commitment to delivering of internal customer service and comfortable interacting at all levels within the organisation/functions.
