JOB PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION:

To strengthen our organization, we are looking for Pre-Sales & Sales Engineer who will contribute to scout and develop new Strategic Initiatives and opportunities to expand Electrolux Professional’s business in the professional Food and beverage and Laundry equipment industry.

In this position, you will coordinate, execute the installations of professional kitchens and other specific projects.

You will work cross-functionally both with other departments and externally with suppliers to ensure the deliveries according to scope, budget, time plan and quality.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES:

1.      To prepare industrial kitchen and laundry project with Electrolux Professional project team and  to prepare price offer and present to final customer;

2.     Lead the planning and implementation of the installations of the professional kitchen of the sites;

3.    To control layout and the installation;

4.    Establish project timeline with critical target dates;

5.    Create relevant project documentation;

6.    To sale industrial kitchen and laundry equipment project especially to final customers;

7.    Keep good technical regular relationship with customers assigned;

8.     Prompt feedback to the customer through feasibility analysis (specification, time, cost, etc );

9.    To prepare department’s sales budget of year and  to make an effort for achieve the sales budget;

10.   To take care payments correspondance with Electrolux Professional general credit policy and  to control payment terms and total prices;

11.    To make a relistic logistics and stock plan with Logistic department for sold project and prevent from overstock;

12.   Strong support for the definition of the technical specification;

13.   Flexible and creative mind for developing dedicated special solutions;

14.   Strong Teamwork approach and organizing skills;

15.   Respond to customer concerns and provide excellent customer service during and after the installation;

16.   Collaborate with all support departments, from sales admin., logistic, factories, customer care services, credit control and others to ensure a successful installation completion for the execution and delivery of project;

17.   Ensure outstanding customer service, on-time measurements, and installations.

18.   To work for improving the general efficiency.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Education level:

Universtiy  degree  - Engineer

Experience :

Min. 2-5 Year, sectoral experience preferred

Foreign Language :

Good level of written and spoken English

Computer program:

Autocad

MS Office

Certificate:

Driver’s licence (B)
