Project Management Support (Temporary/ 6-8 months)

Description:

The Project Management Support will work within the Order Fulfillment Team to support the team mainly on CLM (Salesforce) cleaning and set-up in Region Middle East and Africa(RMA). The Project Management Support will liaise with Project Managers to follow-up projects status as well as project revenue recognition.

-KPI Dashboard preparation

-Follow up of backlog recognition

-Analyse data with excel or various other analysis tools

-Support Project Managers on Daily/weekly reporting or execution

-Develop PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates

-Review the open WOs in CLM and complete an " information spreadsheet" about them following pre-defined parameters

-Follow up on the Site preparation WOs

Requirements:

- University degree

-Must have strong English language skills; additional languages would be beneficial

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to work in a complex matrix team environment

-Must be culturally aware

-Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate compromised when necessart

-Innovative thinker with sound interpersonal and influencing skills

-High motivated and self-directed with attention to details
