• Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering,
• Ability to analyze Technical Drawings
• Knowledge of Machining (Turning, Grinding, Milling)
• Experience in Manufacturing Method Selection 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs 
  
• Willing to work at techincal departments such as machine shop
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs, excessive working hours 
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
• No military obligation for male candidate 
• Preferably located in Sakarya or Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Review the technical drawing specifications and cooperate with Engineering Team to create Manufacturing Route
-Process the defined manufacturing route with technical specs  and cooperate with Workshop Supervisors
-Participate in workshop inspections as required to define and optimize the proposed solution(s)
-Provide technical support to Purchasing Department to supply base materials of orders.
-Present technical suggestions to Manufacturing Management  
-Continuously improve proposal basics with feed-back from execution and cost reduction actions
