The role:

As the Controller Treasury of our team in Turkey for ELTON GROUP, you will be responsible for the Cash Management - Accounts Payable & Receivable.

The role reports to the General Manager and to the Group CFO team

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

·         Treasury Controlling:

o    Forecast Cash Flow

o    Actual Cash Flow.

o    Ensure sufficient funds available

o    Banking daily communication & relationship

o    Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning

o    Oversee the extension of credit to customers & credit by suppliers

·         Credit Control & Collections:

o    Organize & Monitoraccounts receivables & Aging Analysis and identify outstanding debts

o    Ensure in time collections & contact clients

o    Process & Reporting on collections

o    Monitor and participate on the Credit Insurance Process

·         Payments:

o    Perform Payments Planning

o    Submitting daily/weekly payments plan

o    Audit of payment documentation and dealing with queries relating to outstanding payments

o    Arranging final payment releases

Qualifications & skills:

·         University Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting is required

·         At least 3 years of relevant experience

·         An accounting background would be an additional advantage

• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

·         Proactive and self-motivated approach.

·         Excellent analytical skills.

·         Attention to details and high level of accuracy

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
