• Completed his education :)  (Have a graduation degree in related field of reputable universities (BSc. Of MSc.),
  
• Have min. 2 years of marketing experience,
  
• Have strong analytical and influencing skills,
  
• Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, formal presentation skill is a definite plus,
  
• Have strong PC skills (MS office),
  
• To be well-organized and detail oriented,
  
• Have an advance command of written and spoken English,
• Male candidates should have no military obligation or have it postponed for at least 2 years.

What will you do in Emlakjet?

• Day to day segment management (brand tracking and market analysis, ad hoc reports, budget monitoring, ect.),
• Analyze  marketing data (campaign results, sales results etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies,
• Manage end to end marketing campaigns, brief creative and digital agencies and track Go To Market plans closely,
• Own and manage segment/campaign P&L and achieve annual targets in a highly competitive market,
• Create new revenue growth opportunities and prepare business plans accordingly,
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience and increase brand awareness through appropriate channels, (Social media, e-mail, TV etc.),
• Lead external vendors to execute brand partnership campaigns.
