Emlakjet is looking for a Product Manager to work as part of our Product Management team. The Product Managercollaborates with business, design and technical teams to define requirements, analyzes competitor products, manages product backlog and prioritizes tasks in order to deliver high quality products. 

The Product Manager is responsible for successfully translating business requirements into user stories, analysing tasks and clearly communicating them to design and development teams, conducting user acceptance tests and monitoring product KPI and metrics.

Key Responsibilites:

• Analyze and breakdown market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories,

• Responsible for working with our product management team and development team to understand and coordinate product strategy, release timelines, and product quality

• Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment)

• Managing and prioritizing product backlog

• Keeping in touch with every stakeholder of the product regularly.

• Planing AB test scenarios on a monthly basis.

• Scheduling monthly user test scenarios on hotjar

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Information Technologies etc.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent
• Having experience working with Agile development teams or being familiar with Agile methodologies
• Being familiar with User Experience and User-Oriented Design concepts
• Experience with web and mobile technologies, API, microservices in terms of product development and IT processes,
• Advanced knowledge in Google Analytics
• Mid knowledge in Google Tag Manager
• Ability to use A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize or equivalent
• Extract insights from data to suggest, create and implement A/B tests that drive improvements to the customers’ experience and increase conversion rates
• Ability to use JIRA, Trello or equivalent tools
• Strong analytical and decision making skills combined with usage of analytical tools
• Strong data management skills (data preparation, data quality management etc.)
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines 
• Strong communication, problem solving, management and presentation skills
• Being able to adapt and respond quickly to rapidly changing and demanding environment
• Ability to manage own workload and priorities with minimal supervision
• Ability to work both independently and / or as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
