QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Marketing Manager, you will design and implement the customer acquisition plan at EnCazip. You will work to understand the customers’ needs and behaviour to acquire them in a cost effective manner. We’re looking for a generalist who can handle the whole marketing plan and work actively with the SEO agency to achieve the organic traffic growth targets..
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop the online marketing, creating digital plans, ensuring we deliver to it and track and monitor success against agreed targets.
Own the SEO and content strategy, working with the team and the agency to identify key points in the user’s journey and where SEO and content contributes.
Collaborate closely with the team to share keyword insights, coordinate joint activity, share best practice, and generally develop an overall digital marketing strategy.
Monitor and measure performance and forecasting of SEO as an acquisition channel
Website development – to create a plan and manage its implementation. To generate new ideas and deliver their implementation.
Work closely with the product team to make sure our proposition supports our marketing activities and optimises our yield and buying power
Identify & onboard potential partners, charities and industry experts
Manage and deliver of e-communications and campaigns– including email distribution and updating intranet pages.
On-going competitor research, reporting back internally on best practices.
Online and Social Media reporting - create and manage regular dashboards and reports for website and social media. Create and distribute dynamic reports that include competitor comparisons, using tools such as Google Analytics.
To help develop and implement integrated marketing plans. Delivery will include all areas of the marketing mix such as online, social media, mailings, collateral and PR.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience of delivering commercial content marketing strategies and plans with emphasis on ROI.
Extensive experience of producing and editing content for a range of digital and social channels.
Experience of managing internal and external content writers.
Experience managing content and generating traffic for high profile websites.
Proven track record in developing content marketing plans through segmentation insight, consumer content needs, and preferences.
Has experience in optimising high-intent, location-based landing pages.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly, effectively, persuasively to an individual or a group.
Experience of reporting with web and social analytics (Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Webmaster, Adobe Analytics).
Experience of working on digital campaigns and communication strategies. You’re obsessed with creating content and campaigns that could win awards and marketing campaigns that win the heart and souls of Turkish consumers.
Desirable (but not essential)
Demonstrable success in SEO and understanding of SEO best practice.
Experience with SEO tools for auditing, rankings, research.
Experience of creating and running CRM campaigns.
Online marketing experience.
Startup / small business experience.
