QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Purchasing and Import Specialist” to be seated at our Gebze Factory and to help us grow Endemix who has been producing natural food colors since 2007

Job Description

  • Creating purchase orders in MICRO and sending to suppliers
  • Following-up orders from suppliers and coordinating transport, customs, import process with minimum cost
  • Ensuring customs clearance activities are carried out in accordance with foreign trade regulations
  • Ensuring the materials on time, complete and in conformity with required conditions & specifications
  • Monitoring the performance of suppliers, giving feedback to strategic sourcing team
  • Supporting bonded warehouse activities
  • Filing operational documents in an orderly fashion
  • Attending internal and external audits
  • Controlling order invoices from MICRO and forwarding to financial departments in timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably Business Administration, Economics; International Relations, International Trade,   
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience
  • Advanced level of MS Office applications and MICRO(prefer)
  • Knowledge about foreign trades and logistics operations
  • Strong business follow-up and control skills
  • High negotiation skills
  • Analytical thinking and team-oriented
  • Completed military service for male candidates
