Eneko A.S is one of the major players in HVAC sector (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) producing Heat and Energy Recovery Units, and exports approximately 50% of its production to Europe, Middle East countries and continues to grow rapidly in new foreign markets, We are looking for Import and Export Operations Specialist for our growing organizaton with below qualifications; 

• Graduated from preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial or Chemical Engineering and Business Administration, International Relations or Foreign Trade Departments of universities 
• Experienced on Import, Export, Customs and Foreign Trade legislation, 
• Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, preferably with Canias knowledge, 
• At least 2 years of export, import operations experience 
• Very good command of English, 
• Competence in planning, organizing and reporting 
• Quality and customer oriented, 
• Result-oriented, analytical thinking, 
• Intercultural adaptation and communication skills, 
• With high persuasion skills, 
• With no travel restriction, 
• Can reside in İzmir 
• Applicants with completed military service for male candidates.  

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Manage all Export and Import operations in his/her responsibility and reporting to Export Sales Manager.
• Carry out Export Sales offer, order and delivery processes and follow up, 
• Order management according to the needs and demands of the foreign customers in a correct manner, 
• Coordinate and follow up the entire order and shipment process with departments such as Planning, R & D and Quality in order to ensure on time shipment. 
• Maintain effective relations with existing customers, communicate on regular basis. 
• Respond to all requests and questions of the customers by coordinating with other departments, responding instantly by e-mail and telephone, participating in meetings with customers and coordinating open issues, 
• Plan and manage the participation of international fairs, run the incentive process after the fair, 
• Create reports in line with the export sales and marketing targets and report regularly to his/her manager, 
• Follow up the payments by coordinating with Finance department. 
• Work with the customers to realize the sales targets of the company .
