Production and Material Planning Engineer

 We are a reputable and well-known company located in İzmir-Çiğli and acting in HVAC industry, and looking for a Production and Material Planning Engineer for our growing organization. 

• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering Department, 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production and material planning, experience in HVAC sector is a plus 
• Very good command of both written and spoken English 
• Proficiency in Ms Office applications and CANIAS, in-depth understanding of MRP process 
• Analytical thinking, team player, well organized and strong commitment, 
• No military obligation for male candidates 
• Living or willing to live in Izmir 

• To be involved in the activities of creating the necessary infrastructure for the operation of ERP data as requested, to conduct inter-departmental coordination activities 
• To prepare short and long term production plans according to customer orders and annual forecasts in accordance with the production capacity and lead-time targets 
• To determine the MRP parameters like minimum inventory levels for all materials, review MRP results to ensure MRP runs correctly and data in ERP system is up-to date 
• To plan and track the materials according to the production plan in accordance with the inventory and on-time shipment objectives, and to monitor the process in coordination with other divisions 
• To work closely with production department and revise the production plan according to variatons in plan attainment 
• To coordinate the need for the raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging and labor required for production by providing the flow of information between production, shipping and purchasing units in a project based production environment
• To track customer orders being produced and shipped according to the production plan, 
• To do inventory analysis and propose actions on inventory reduction
