To support our team in İzmir, we are looking to recruit a Customs and Foreign Trade Specialist(Temporary- 18 Months)

• Bachelor‘s or master‘s degree from related departments

• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields

• Experience in transport organization import & export

• Preferably in a multinational company experience

• Proficiency in MS-Office

• SAP experience preferred

• Demonstration of strong oral and written communication skills in English, German is a plus

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• Military service completed for male candidates

Job Description:

• Interface between head office in Germany and Local Office in Izmir in regards of all import and export customs issues

• Management of transport and customs vendors

• Disposition of international transports
  

• Communicating with customers, production facilities and customs

• Customs documentation and Customs handling

• Project supplies, domestic from free trade zone

• Processing and validation of freight invoices
  

• Creating of invoices

• Creating of all necessary shipping documents 

• Preparation of import and export documents
