Skills

• Minimum bachelor degree 
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Experience in working in Matrix organization
• SAP Knowledge
• Working experience in wind industry as buyer
• Knowledge about steel constructions
• Good technical understanding
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-confident, highly proactive personality who is convincingly team-oriented
• In possession of driver´s license

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Strategic procurement of welded steel & machined structures
• Negotiation with suppliers
• Contract creation in cooperation with legal department
• Managing cost out initiatives in cross-functional teams
• Supplier evaluation and development
• Internationalization of supplier base
• Ensuring stability of supply and new turbine ramp up
• Managing technical changes of steel components
