• Graduate engineer in a technology field
• 15+ yrs of experience 
• Strong Quality expertise and Quality work experience preferably in wind, energy, marine, offshore or rail industry
• Proven leadership experience and skills within matrix organisations, ability to inspire team members
• Strong experience implementing and leading Quality Core Tools
• Good SAP and MS Office skills
• Fluent English language skills written and spoken, German language skills is beneficial
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization and documentation skills
• Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties
• Familiarity with working with various outside suppliers and manage deliverables.
• Demonstrates a proven ability to research information, solve challenging problems, and coordinate projects under tight timing constraints
• Able to work independently and drive topics and suppliers; team & customer orientation; hands on ability; structured way of work; analytical and result-oriented work
• Self – motivated, creative, critical thinking capabilities; proactive attitude required
• Acute attention to detail
• Requires a valid drivers license
• Willing to travel

• Development of regional Quality division in terms of competencies, personal or organization needs
• Stakeholder for regional requirements inside the Global Quality Organization
• Disciplinary lead for Regional Quality organization
• Support Global Quality Organization
• Plan and allocate resources in alignment with Global Quality Organization
