• Graduated from Sociology, Public Relations and similar departments.
• Speaking, writing and reading Kurdish and English well
• Having excellent communication & organizational skills,
• Being able to work with a variety of people
• Having knowledge of the IFC performance standards and practices of public relations and communication programs
• Ability to make oral presentations before large/small groups of people

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with project affected people,
• Ensuring open communication, mutual cooperation and the rapid resolution of issues,
• Establishing relationships with stakeholder key community groups community organizations and voluntary sector agencies, to establish protocols and partnership working agreement to support the effective delivery in the region,
• Organize, manage and record public meetings, focus group meetings, one-to- one meetings
• Ensuring stakeholders are aware of the Grievance Mechanism and resolve grievances in a timely manner.
• Establishing cooperative relationships with and facilitate communication between local government officials, municipalities, community members and contractors in order to facilitate community involvement in the construction works, mitigate conflicts and to ensure an efficient and effective implementation of project activities
• Organizing awareness raising and training activities relating to social issues 
• Implementing projects regarding livelihood restoration and resettlement in compliance with Performance Standards.
