Tasks and responsibilities

· Execute automation service work on customer sites in Turkey or for clients in other countries.

· Update to existing firmware on new/pre-existing equipment.

· Service work (Automation and some minor Mechanical/Electrical tasks are expected).

· Commissioning Activities & troubleshooting (On-site and Remote).

· Complete the installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits according to procedures and reinstall equipment into the production environment according to defined expectations.

· Work in coordination with teams across the organization (France Instrumentation Team - Turkey IT Team).

· Inspect all operational, mechanical, electrical, process and quality aspects of the systems to report the executed job and document that according to company guidelines to assure improvement in Service. 

Qualifications

· Having graduated in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

· Basic knowledge of Batteries, High-Voltage and Transformer principles, related processes, and breakdown techniques with the ability to troubleshoot and provide information for investigation reports and operational inspections to assist customers in improving the efficiency and operation of their products.

· Have a technical education in Mechatronic, Electric, and Electronic Engineering.

· Have spent a minimum of 2 years providing Automation Support on installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment and/or processing lines., preferably in the Energy, Chemical, environment, or pharmaceutical applications.

· Competences in Automation with special regard to HMI interface, LV panels, PLC 61131 programming (esp. ST Programming).

· Experience with various I/O systems and networks such as Modbus RTU-TCP/IP, DNP3, IEC-104, or IIoT protocols especially MQTT.

· A high level of understanding of Automation systems such as Instrumentation, Industrial Networking, PLC, and SCADA programming software.

· Knowledge of Electrical drawing reading and components.

· Good mastery of MS Office tools.

· Python Knowledge is a plus.

· Fluent in English, both in written and spoken form.

· Team player, highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership, analytical, effective communicator both with internal & external clients with a customer-oriented approach.

· Completed military service for male applicants.

· Willing to travel
