QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree (BS/MS) in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, International Relations or related disciplines 

• Master's degree in communications is a plus 

• Min 5 years prior media relations & crisis communication management experience 

• Experience in stakeholder & issue management 

• Agency and third party management skills (Pr & event agencies etc.) 

• Able to work cross functionally 

• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English, 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities in a fast growing organization 

• Extremely strong interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized, team oriented and flexible 

• Strong influencing and engagement skills, 

• Proactive and solution oriented 

• Military service completed for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible of the reputation management of AYEDAS Company, by covering all corporate communications facilities like as media relations, crisis communications, spokesperson communications, content management, issue management, internal communication, digital channel management and event management. 
• Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for defined internal and external stakeholders. 
• Fluent in social media; leading the proactive/reactive content strategy and execution spanning platforms including Twitter, Facebook and others.
•  Plan and execute the corporate social responsibility projects internally and externally. 
• Define the promotional materials needs and create corporate materials with agencies.
