QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree (preferably on Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, HR or Industrial Relations)

Minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience including execution of Turkish Labor Law

Experience in the use of HR software (SAP, Oracle, Hrweb etc.)

Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset

Have the right balance of result orientation and customer focus

Highly organized with a sense of prioritization

Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player

Proficiency in the use of MS Office programs

Excellent command of English

No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible of HR processes of all Functions at Headquarters directly reporting to HR Group Manager

Executes headcount planning, recruitment and job offers, onboarding, performance development, career and succession planning, compensation and recognition processes in line with the guidelines provided by HR Design Teams to support organizational climate and employee engagement

Works very closely with line managers to understand business needs and to ensure a common ground in their people decisions

Acts as the “single point of contact” in terms of all HR issues for his/her account and provides guidance/coaching to employees

Expected to be a “liaison person” between his/her account and HR by balancing his/her role as “Strategic Partner to the business” and “Voice of Employee”

Deploys new or renewed HR programs/processes in his/her account ensuring effective communication
