Key Responsibilities:

• Following up the operation of the performance evaluation process
• Initiation of Target Card Determination, Interim Period Evaluation and Year-End Evaluation periods
• Making performance results analysis
• Feeding the performance process by implementing improvement suggestions with the principle of continuous improvement

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in related area
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in performance management
• Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced level Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of both written and spoken of English
• Seeking perfection in everything s/he does
• S/he does not accept mediocrity around them
• Solves problem in an elegant and creative way
• Flexible yet detailed and highly organized
• Having strong communication and planning skills, eager to learn and research
