Risk Management Power Plants
The Managing Senior Expert role under the direction of the Asset Risk Group Manager will provide managerial and technical tasks in asset (ISO55000) and risk (ISO31000) management areas to support power generation activities of renewable and thermal power plants totaling at 3600 MW of installed capacity. The role will provide guidance to the power plants through interpretation or development of technical standards and the evaluation and identification of appropriate tools to address all kinds of technical process risks. The position involves conducting safety and hazard assessments for process systems with multi-disciplinary technical teams. A thorough understanding of the technical generation processes in power plants and the ability to work with other engineering disciplines at various locations, both internal and external to the department is a must. Effective written and verbal communication is an important part of the job. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, have a strong desire and a passion for safe and effective functioning of power plants.

Your Responsibilities
*Design, maintain, document, review and improve company of the Asset Management and Risk Management Systems in compliance with ISO55000 and ISO31000.
*Risks and opportunities are effectively managed by anticipating, understanding and deciding whether to modify or act upon them.
*Risks arising from hazards are classified and appropriate control measures are identified to ensure risks remain tolerable.
*Effective systems and measures are be in place to ensure that internal and external hazards are proactively identified at each stage of the asset life-cycle.
*Facilitate and perform hazard analyses (e.g. bow-tie, failure mode and effects analysis, fault tree and event tree analysis, layer of protection analysis or equivalent) meetings and probabilistic risk assessment.
*Hazard and risk assessment information, decisions, actions and follow up reviews are documented and communicated to all those individuals involved in associated asset management activities and appropriately signed off.
Perform periodic site inspections and coordinate required resources from other departments.
*Apply process knowledge to ensure that area classifications are prepared in accordance with safety standards and with consideration of possible off-normal process conditions.
