Key Responsibilities:

The main purpose of Investment Procurement Business Partner is to manage all tender and commercial issues of wind and solar power plant investments, including management of the functions below.

• Analyzing demand, market, and suppliers to create a basis for deciding on the optimum procurement strategy.
• Tender management (sealed tenders mostly),
• Contract preparation, administration, and negotiation (especially in commercial aspects),
• Supplier relations and management (global scaled suppliers in wind and solar power),
• Management of all commercial processes related to projects such as payments, invoicing, bonds, claims etc.
• Management of procurement processes for all purchase requests arising within the scope of wind and solar power plant projects,
• Working closely with project management team and site team.

Who are we looking for?

• University degree (bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering),
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in procurement and commercial management of investments (procurement experience in power plant investments -wind power plants, solar power plants etc. is strongly preferred).
• Experience in conducting tender process for investment procurements including preparation of bid documents, bid collection, bid comparison etc.
• Experience in contract preparation, contract management and negotiation in both English and Turkish is mandatory,
• Having knowledge about wind and solar energy sectors and sector-specific suppliers is strongly preferred,
• This position will be located at wind power plant project sites in Aegean Region (Aydın, Çanakkale, Balıkesir, Muğla).  The candidate is expected to work in place at the project site and support the project team in procurement issues. As the projects are completed and new projects start, the location where this position will work can be changed accordingly.

• Ability to work in agile environment,
• Have sensitivity to others, cooperative and team player,
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and in English,
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office 365 applications and SAP R/3 MM.
