JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Software design, implementation, unit tests, module tests, debugging and release tasks in a multi-site,in software development environment
• Work hand in hand with client’s project and program counterparts to implement DevOps transformation
• Developing and executing project plans
• Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods
• Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
• Producing high quality project deliverables
• Directing the software programming initiatives and overseeing the development of documentation
• Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems.
• Monitoring system performance
• Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams
• Applying mathematics and statistics to problem-solving initiatives
• Applying best practices and standard operating procedures
• Creating innovative solutions to meet the company’s technical needs
• Testing new software and fixing bugs., Shaping the future of the systems
• Responsible for  Leading software engineering projects by reporting to IT Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills:

• Expert in developing web based applications
• Experienced in ASP.NET, MVC, C# Technologies
• Proven experience in ES6 and Javascript
• HTML5, CSS3 experience must
• Experienced on project developing with Bootstrap and Jquery libraries
• Knowledge on .NET Core, NoSQL and Caching
• Developed a multi-layered project and know service-oriented architecture
• Advanced knowledge on Microsoft SQL Server database
• Experienced on project developing with Entity Framework, Dapper, LINQ
• Knowledge on Web Service, Web Api, Rest Services and Websocket
• Experienced in version control systems (Git,TFS)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematic
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Fluency in  written and spoken English
• Excellent,problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Desire and positive attitude to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, rapidly changing environment
• Passionate about learning big data, data mining and data analysis technologies
• Self-motivated; independent, organized and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams
• Strong reporting and analyzing skills

• Completed military service Pfor male candidates
