Franchise Manager-International Retail Operations

ENGLISH HOME

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 8 years of experience in international franchise&corporate sales operations, preferably in the retail sector
• Proven experience in international franchise operations of Turkish brands
• Fluent written and conversational English knowledge
• No restriction to travel (traveling abroad is an important part of the work)
• Demonstrating strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude
• The ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex data
• The ability to balance completing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines
• Agile, practical and result oriented
• Strong team work and communication skills
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
• No military service obligation (for male candidates)

• Acquisition new dealers in line with the company's international growth strategy
• Negotiating with potential investors in abroad
• Making location/region analysis within the scope of investment projects related to new stores and reporting market research results
• Following up the new projects and contracts
• Coordinating the operation of dealers in accordance with the English Home's franchising model and dealing with their problems
• Managing dealer store efficiency and business development processes
• Developing trust-based relations with potential and existing investors
