We are looking for UI/UX Designers to work with our Product and Marketing Teams

Work with a global team, funded by Google Ventures, on a product that utilizes cutting-edge technology.

EnglishCentral Turkey is the newest R&D center of EnglishCentral Inc, located in state of the art new building of  ODTU Teknokent located in the center of Ankara.

New R&D center will be the 3rd in global operation, addition to Boston HQ and Manila ROHQ

EnglishCentral Inc. is a company based in Burlington, Massachusetts that uses leading edge technologies for online language learning. The product is an online platform that makes English language learning fun and effective by turning popular web videos into powerful language learning experiences. Its users watch and speak videos and receive instant, personalized pronunciation feedback from proprietary speech technology via its cloud-based system.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like 
  
• Work with a team to effectively design online marketing pieces including e-mails, banner ads, and web pages
  
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
  

Requirements:

• Experience in visual design, marketing design, and/or graphic design
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, communicate status appropriately, and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability
  
• Willingness to deliver creative concept presentations??
  
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and with the ability to work on multiple projects.
  
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other professional design tools
  
• Experience in working with Facebook Ads, Google Banners and Google Adwords is a plus
  
• Experience on HTML
