Responsibilities:

• Optimize content creation for email and mobile messaging and marketing campaigns
  
• Map user experience flow from messaging to app
  
• Manage the execution of effective digital marketing campaigns for international regions
  
• Coordinate and follow through project requirements with designers, developers and international regions 
  
• Optimizing conversion rates by utilizing various content and visual tools
  
• Oversee social media strategy, manage Facebook ads and manage Google ads
  
• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing email downgrade rate, increasing open rate or improving conversion
  
• Identify trends in digital marketing particularly developments in email and mobile marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
  
• With 4 years of experience in email messaging and push notifications
  
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
  
• Extensive experience in Facebook and Google Marketing/Ads
  
• Extensive knowledge in email and mobile campaigns
  
• Extensive knowledge on creating Facebook audiences 
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  
• App store marketing; app store optimization
  
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  
• Editing and writing skills for various digital platforms
  
• Project management skills in terms of handling time-sensitive projects and meeting deadlines
