QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Architecture,
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position, 
• Fluency in English,
• Experience on large, complex projects.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• In charge of all technical aspects of the subcontractor or vender package
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress report
• Prepare IFC contribute to critical issues log
• Required to liaise with the Coordination manager to resolve identified interface and coordination issues between packages.
• Required to liaise with the construction team to support the construction schedule
• Responsible to provide latest architectural drawings to Site responsibles (architects and/or engineers).
• Required to resolve technical issues in order to support the subcontractor or vendor schedule
• Required to liaise with Procurement BLIO and Construction team representative to resolve procurement issues and construction issues
• Responsible for checking subcontractor’s or vender’s shop drawings
• Responsible for resolving coordination issues between subcontractor packages and other work packages and liaison with interfacing package managers
