QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineer,
  • Min. 5 years of experience,
  • Excellent command of written and English is a must,
  • Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office, Primavera,
  • Strong communication and planning skills,
  • Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and energetic,
  • No restriction to travel and stay abroad.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  •          Establishing time schedules and milestones as for its correspondence to terms of contract,

  •          Establishing and maintaining progress measurement tools,

  •          Control and analysis of the overall project schedule,

  •          Provide the project with accurate, reliable, and forward looking time information

  •          Analysis of contractor time extension claims,

  •          Establishment and maintenance of work breakdown structure,

  •          Development of key project and ad-hoc estimates,

  •          Providing guidance on specifying risk events as key risks in project contingency planning and reporting,

  •          Co-ordination of budget planning/progress performance,

  •          Monitoring and control of project’s subcontractors’ schedules,

  •          Controlling man-hour estimates and manpower requirements to be calculated by project’s subcontractors,

  •          Reporting of schedule and progress,

  •          Monitoring cash flow and project's current and anticipated cash requirements,

  •          Preparing daily, weekly, monthly progress payment reports,

  •          Evaluating variations and risks related to them, alculating the cost and time effect of such variations.
