Qualifications:

• University degree in related fields (Economy, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering),
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operation and customer management,
• High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP Business One and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage,
• Very good command in English,
• Import and logistics experience is a plus,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Residency in European side of Istanbul specifically in Kucukcekmece, Başakşehir, Bağcılar. 

Job Description:

• Close contact with Sales and Finance Departments,
• Enter customer orders and lead the order process in a timely and accurate manner adhering to department procedures and guidelines,
• Follow up the customer orders from our suppliers from Order process to custom process in local customs. 
• Contact customer for follow-up or additional information when necessary,
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients,
• Determine pricing and prepare all kind of sales reports.
