QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or a higher degree from a university in engineering or relevant fields (Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Computer Education and Instructional Technology are preferred)
• Preferably, min. 1-3  years of work experience
  
• Have engineering and/or product management background
• Have strong passion for IT, technology, new trends and new business models 
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Software development cycle and SCRUM familiarity is a strong plus 
• Interest and/or experience in e-learning, corporate training and digital transformation is a plus 
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills 
• Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 
• Have experience in meeting customers and business partners in a corporate environment and present products and ideas with ease and confidence 
• No domestic or abroad travel restrictions 
• Male candidates must have completed military service or have it at least 2 years postponed 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Product Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the product and services under his/her responsibility:

• In coordination with the sales teams, visit customers and business partners to support penetration and sales of the software products and services, support POCs and demos
• In coordination with software development team, analyze customer requests (additional functions, modules for the existing software products) and coordinate the demand process from proposal to delivery 
• In coordination with the Product Manager, define and analyze target markets, competitors, new trends in learning technologies and prepare strategies and action plans accordingly for all software products Enocta develops
• In coordination with the marketing and product management teams, participate in communication activities and commercial marketing events 
• In coordination with the related teams, manage the life cycle of software products and services 
• In coordination with the Product Manager, analyze Enocta products’ usage and prepare reports 
• Communicate with product business partners and third party technology suppliers
• Conduct product management activities directed by his/her manager
• Support business partners, customer success management and sales teams by preparing necessary product documentation, guides, product training and presentations 
• Answer technical specifications and RFPs
