Renewable Energy Manager (Construction)

Job Purpose: 

The Construction Manager will manage e Solar PV installation projects at all stages of work. This position may be expected to travel nationally at least 75%, or as needed for the projects’ implementation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Managing Solar PV installation projects at all stages of work.
• Creating and implementing construction planning schedules.
• Managing supplier’s deliveries and subcontractors works on site.
• Managing and monitoring logistics.
• Quality management
• Ensure the Enova HSE standards implementation
• Support procurement in the negotiating of contracts with subcontractors
• Ensuring that construction works are completed in schedule, within budget, and as per local authorities’ regulations.
• Managing and monitoring and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing all project lifecycles including liaising with local authorities up to the project handover
• Coordinate with client overall site safety management and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members when necessary to ensure effective communication and results

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience managing the construction of solar PV projects,
• Minimum 40MWp Solar PV projects executed
• Experience on execution of rooftop and ground mounted Solar PV Projects
• Willingness to travel nationally
• Excellent skills in MS Project or comparable project management tool, and possess strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.
• Strong in Microsoft Office Suite, Autocad, PV Syst
• Turkish nationality (mandatory)
• Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player
• Driving license and car owner (mandatory)
