QUALIFICATIONS 

• University education with a minimum 2 years of experience
• Excellent communication in English,
• Excellent use of MS Office,
• Ability to work, network, communicate and motivate effectively at all levels,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline oriented environment,
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once,
• Possess a high degree of integrity and sense of confidentiality,
• Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills and an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments,
• Understands works for the meaning of "becoming a team" and "working as a team",
• Has no restrictions for traveling.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Evaluating the requirements of the clients,
• Running the daily e mail correspondences,
• Communicating with the customers and the 3rd parties, 
• Preparing the project file in company software,
• Following up the daily inquiries and quotations,
• Receiving the order confirmations and prepares the project files for operations department,
• Following up weekly inquiry hit rates and preparing reports to the sales manager(s).
