• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• Having knowledge of all Human Resources processes,
• Agile working and has a strategic perspective,
• Will be able to come up with creative projects that follow the trends,
• Having an experience in the manufacturing industry is an asset,
• Total + 5 years of experience in HR,
• Having knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and legislation,
• Able to work multitasking in intense work tempo,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Have a good command of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing all Human Resources processes from beginning to end for the departments especially; Quality and Test,  Production, Marketing

• To play an active role in the development of processes in line with Human Resources strategies,

• Conducting development studies for the high-performing and motivated teams.

• Managing and prepares Human Resources reports that requires.
