We are looking for a "Budget, Reporting & Accounting Manager" for Enuygun's growing team. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of Turkey's most successful internet projects.

Qualifications of this position:

• Minimum 3 years of Financial Audit experience in any one of four major independent audit firms (additional Financial Controller experience is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting and analysis management
• Advanced knowledge in budget and reporting with well-developed understanding of the financial and accounting techniques
• Able to drive change in the organisation and lead and motivate his/her team members with positive attitude and cooperative mindset with an ability to deal with complexity.
• Knowledge about basic laws and laws in financial matters
• University degree in Business Administration or Economics, MBA / PhD is a plus
• Good command of Logo
• Advanced Excel knowledge

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage accounting team
• Prepare monthly management reports, presentations, financial and operational analysis
• Prepare annual budget process in cooperation with other departments update it monthly actuals and roll forecast
• Ensure the financial integrity of the company's operations by safeguarding company assets and prudent balance sheet management
• Provide timely, accurate and reliable information for company management
• Check monthly closing activities and accounting records
• Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual management reports
• Develop financial risk management strategies
• Execute financial daily operations and processes
• Capable of improving efficiency in finance processes
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction and profitability improvement opportunities
• Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices, improve the finance and accounting department's overall policy and procedure
• Support the new product development  as the finance member of the innovation process
