We are looking for a Database Administrator who will be responsible of our database management operations, relational and non-relational db optimizations.

What We Expect From You:

• Extensive experience in SQL (MySQL), SQL Tuning

• Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory

• Knowledge of High Availability (HA), Database Clustering - Replication

• In-depth knowledge of database backup and disaster recovery procedures

• Familiarity with reporting tools, database design, documentation and coding

• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

• Excellent troubleshooting skills in relation to the databases

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Memcached, Redis)

Your Skills And Expertise:

• Analyze, optimize and tune advanced complex SQL - NoSQL queries and their associated execution plans

• Design and perform scheme changes according to needs of product development teams

• Controlling access permissions, privileges to ensure data security

• Diagnose and resolve database performance and access issues

• Design and implement processes for database backups, restores and recovery models

• Implement best practices that will continuously improve service quality

• Maintain the overall database integrity and quality via data auditing, system checks, security and code value management

• Coordinate with the software development team to ensure their needs are met from a software perspective

• Provide high quality support for developers
