We are seeking an Architect for our Diplomatic Facility Project, firstly located in Ankara Office and then in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• 10+ years related architecture experience.  
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to an audience of professionals, management and staff with a broad range of technical skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Reviewing architectural / engineering drawings as per related codes and standards.
• Responsible for preparation of submittal documents for Clients approval.
• Material selections, material quantity take-offs and preparation of final requisitions for procurement.
• Preparation of coordination drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Attend bi-weekly technical meeting for the purpose of technical site problem solving
• Maintain technical inspection to all architectural works.
• Ensure that all architectural works under construction are strictly complying with the project specifications
• Review the schedules  and shall follow-up the updated schedule issued during the construction period.
• Prepare a Monthly progress Report.
• Review and comment on the nominated sub-contractors.
• Maintain a full control on safety measures and all statutory and contractual obligations
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
