We are looking for “Customer Service & Offer Management Specialist” to our customer who is dedicated and passionate about helping their customers save lives and ensure excellent care. They provide innovations for operating rooms, intensive-care units, sterilization departments and for life science companies and institutions.

• A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required, while a Bachelor's degree
• Outstanding utilization of Excel and SAP
• Analytical background for data recording, assessment and developing/revising strategies
• Tendency for organization and strong problem solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills,

Job Description:

• Management of trade activities; receive & process the orders from Israel & Central Asian countries and Turkey, issue relevant PI’s, supply requested documents to the distributors/customers for customs clearance and issue the invoices,
• Communicate with 20 factories in several countries and drive all export/transit trade operations,
• Prepare technical documents & necessary configurations in contact with the clients and internal technical responsibles,
• Track & record all logistics procedures, clarify the complaints and create long-term solutions for optimum processes,
• Track, compare & analyze the cost, sales price & gross profit levels on product & product segment basis and develop forecast data,
• Monitor payment habits & due dates, make the necessary communication both with clients and internal finance department,
• Prepare several reports for sales, orders, payments on regular basis,
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines & policies,
