Financial Accounting Analyst

We are looking for Financial Accounting Analyst to our multinational customer which is act in energy sector. 

• Relevant degree or recognised qualification,
• Knowledge of accounting principles and applications,
• Some experience in an accounting department, especially inventory accounting,
• Successful client relationship, dispute resolution,
• Strong system knowledge (SAP/Windows),
• Personal example in behaviours, including  behaviours for Health, Safety, Security,  Environment  (HSSE ),            

İŞ TANIMI

• Adhering with the tasks outlined in the related Systems of the company,
• Perform Stock accounting transactions including recording and reconciling inventory,
• movements and other stock operations for the related business,
• Perform Stocks month-end closing activities, controls and reports,
• Identify errors or un-reconciling differences and ensure timely resolution, perform root cause analysis and apply appropriate solutions,
• Invoice matching to ensure the correct classification,
• Perform stock valuation,
• Reconcile the relevant systems and journals, ensure that updates are made regularly and in a timely manner,
• Allocate sales figures based on location and publish reports,
• Prepare stocks report and share with Financial Controller as an input for related actuals reporting,
• Lead and support internal/external audits, identify and control risk, drive incident investigation,
• Monitoring all inventory accounting processes, controls and improvements,
• Act as subject matter expert for related systems and processes, provide advice and information to staff and business partners,
• Conduct control activities such as due diligence, ensuring compliance and monitoring internal control effectiveness,
• Establish and maintain strong business engagement with business units and stakeholders,
• Be the focal point for all Inventory accounting issues for related department,
• Analyse, determine root cause and apply appropriate resolutions to issues and problems,
• Act as back-up for Financial Controller,
