SALES SUPPORT / OPERATION SPECIALIST

We are looking for a  Sales Support Specialist  for Turkey organization of a global industrial process company, operating in more than 35 countries, developing customized solutions to drive customer productivity.

• University degree, 
• Preferably minimum 2 years of work experience at sales & operational environment, 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Customer and Solution oriented, 
• Excellent analytical and social, organizational skills 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, 
• ERP knowledge and experience is an asset.
• Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an advantage,
• Completion of military service for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Building an effective communication between Customer and Company departments such as Sales, AfterSales, Logistics, Accounting.
• Chasing orders, samples, logistics process in contact with customs agent, 
• Creating and processing sales orders in a timely fashion,  
• Maintaining an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals,
• Handling all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences,
• Following up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes, 
• Supporting the communication and documents among with the Accountant process of the company ,as well as payment tracks and requirements for the office management side,
• Providing administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required, 
• Preparing and circulating related reports and presentations to Manager in Turkey as well as global authority,
