GROUP FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT MANAGER 

Our company, operating in the agriculture sector, is involved in the production of walnuts / almonds in Turkey and Portugal. Furthermore, we are an authorised distributor of European origin harvesting and processing equipment / machinery of walnuts and almonds in Turkey and our region. The Company is headquartered in İstanbul with orchards in Manisa and Campo Maior. 

We are looking for a dynamic, driven and self motivated professional to join our team as Finance and Procurement Manager whose responsibility include all aspects of financial and procurement management of our Group Companies in Turkey and Portugal. This position encompasses a broad range of functional activities including providing leadership and coordination in the forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, strategic resource planning and procurement. 

 Job Description 

• Manage all financial and procurement management activities 

• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans 

• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts ensuring the efficient use of financial resources 

• Maintain banking relationships 

• Develop financial and tax strategies 

• Manage the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes 

• Coordinate all accounting activities prepare and analysis of management reports 

• Develop financial analysis to support key commercial decisions 

• Manage purchasing activities including supplier management and tender processes 

• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements 

• Ensure the establishment and implementation of control systems 

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and controlling 

• Able to work in a multinational environment 

• Big 4 experience is an asset 

• Strong leadership ability 

• Organised and detail-oriented person 

• Excellent planning, time and stress management abilities 

• Excellent follow-through 

• Fluent in spoken and written English 

 • Have no travel restrictions (must be able to drive) 

• Highly developed problem solving, communication and decision making skills 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
